Classification & CE Marking
All products offered in this brochure are classified as 1.4G and are CE marked in accordance with BSEN15947:2010.
Prices & VAT
All retail prices quoted in this brochure are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20%, should this rate change, retail prices will be amended by the same rate. Prices are fixed as at March 1st 2015 and will be maintained unless fluctuations in costs or changes in exchange rates occur.
Storage
To allow for storage of more than 50 kilograms of fireworks your premises will require a licence issued by your local authority. To store more than 2000 kilograms you will need a licence issued by the HSE. We will need to see a copy of your licence prior to supplying any fireworks.
Selling Fireworks
Fireworks can generally be sold during the following periods:
- Guy Fawkes, from 15th October and ending on 10th November
- New Year, from 26th December and ending on the 31st December
- Chinese New Year, the first day and the three days immediately preceding it
- Diwali, on the day and the three days immediately preceding it.
To sell fireworks outside of these periods you will require an ‘All Year Licence’, available through your local authority.
